Our verdict
Brass Monkey's single plunges run from £11,245 (the Ice Bath) to over £23,000 (the Pro Plunge, depending on configuration), with multi-plunge Spa systems from about £33,600. They are built for people who will use them hard: cedar or stainless shells, chilling to 0C on the Ice Bath and Signature, particle and UV filtration and always-on remote monitoring on the Ice Bath, app control on all three and a 24-month warranty. What stands out in owner reviews is the service. The TrustScore is 4.8 from 65 reviews, and several name the engineer who came out to install, service or fix a leak; one owner who took their unit overseas says staff fixed an overheating fault by monitoring it remotely.
The weakness is that Brass Monkey publishes no capacity in litres and no cooling output, so you cannot compare it on numbers with CryoHome, which publishes both, and at two to three times the price of a 13A all-in-one it has to earn the gap on service. One business buyer wrote in February 2025 that an ice bath paid for in March 2024 had not been delivered and a refund had been refused under the refund policy; Brass Monkey replied publicly asking them to get in touch.
