What to write to us about
A wrong price or specification. Send the product page and the source (the maker's own page or manual is best). We check it against the source and correct the page, with the correction dated; how we check the data explains the process.
Listing your products. If you make or sell cold plunge tubs or chillers in the UK and are not in the catalogue, send the product pages and any specification sheets. Listing is free and does not depend on any commercial arrangement.
Reader codes and partnerships. Current codes are on the deals page; how we are paid is set out in the affiliate disclosure.
Press and data requests. Questions about the UK market figures on the site, such as prices, warranties or running costs, are welcome.
