Our verdict
Chill Tubs is sold by Chill Tubs Ltd, set up in 2023 as a subsidiary of Superior Wellness Ltd, a Chesterfield spa company incorporated in 2011, and the all-in-ones are where the brand makes its case. The Lite (£3,499, rotomoulded polyethylene) and the Original (£4,499, 316 stainless and aluminium) both hold 400 litres, chill to 3C, heat to 40C and run from a 13A socket, with a 24-month warranty. The Pro takes that to 700 litres in acrylic at £5,999. For a buyer who wants one box, one plug and a hot soak in winter, the Lite and Original belong on the shortlist, alongside Steam & Oak's InvigorIce Storm (£2,999) and Outdoor Living's Glacier (£3,499).
Chill Tubs does not publish the cooling output of any unit, or the thickness of its insulation, so you cannot compare pull-down speed with Kove or Monk. Its Trustpilot record is small: a TrustScore of 3.2 from 12 reviews, mostly praise for delivery and staff. One owner wrote in May 2025 that a unit bought in late 2023 had never worked reliably despite more than nine service visits; Chill Tubs replied asking to investigate. The inflatables, at £499 and £529 for 498 litres, cost more than twice Kove's 450-litre Core.
